Door County – A Hidden Gem
With a passion for maximizing potential and rescuing properties in need, combined with a love of creating spaces that honor a property’s history, Parry Properties, LLC was formed.
After honing our skills thru personal remodeling projects and several home flips, we found our first Vacation Rental project in Oak Island, North Carolina. We enjoyed providing great vacations for families for 3 successful seasons but wanted to grow our business in the area that we love and call home – Door County.

The Cheese Factory
What could be more quintessential on a trip to Door County Wisconsin then a stay at a re-envisioned cheese factory.
Located just outside Carlsville on a beautiful piece of property surrounded by fields yet central to all that makes Door County the vacation spot it is. The property has been completely updated and remodeled and features sleeping for up to 8, two bathrooms, laundry, a great open living space with incredible views out each window, the kitchen provides everything needed to prepare meals including a gas range.
Enjoy your time outdoors on the two-tier deck or on the patio featuring a fireplace.
Due to local restrictions, we limit rentals to 10 nights a season. Please contact us to book your stay.
Butler Cottage 1
The Butler cottages are located in the quaint community of Jacksonport, Wisconsin. The property is adjacent to the park and Jacksonport beach. The park hosts a farmers market each Tuesday.
Cottage 1 is everything you would have imagined when vacationing in the 1950’s but with modern amenities. The home was owned by the Butler family for generations until we purchased it. A cute front porch opens to a large living room that features a game table. An updated bath with vintage character along with a washer and dryer are included. The home has a private first floor bedroom with its own front patio for morning coffee or evening cocktails. An adjacent room provides a trundle bed for those traveling with small children. The upstairs bedroom has two queen beds.

The Butler Cottages can be rented individually or together, which is great for larger groups vacationing together. Contact us directly or book thru VRBO.
Butler Cottage 2
The Butler cottages are located in the quaint community of Jacksonport, Wisconsin. The property is adjacent to the park and Jacksonport beach. The park hosts a farmers market each Tuesday.
Cottage 2 is a newly built cottage with charm. It features sleeping for up to 6 guests. A covered porch along the front of the cottage features wicker seating and a bistro table and chairs. The cottage offers a modern kitchen with quartz countertops, an open concept living room and dining room, one bedroom and one bath along with a sunny sunroom to enjoy throughout the day and evening.
The Property can sleep 6.
